• Sherwayne Towing, LLC reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are paid.

• For forklift, backhoe, and other equipment rentals:

• Renters are responsible for equipment while in their possession.

• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

• The customer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized operation.

• Additional fees may apply for late returns.

• Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding service requests.

• Ensure reasonable access to job sites.

• Obtain any necessary permissions or permits unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Customers are responsible for securing any personal belongings before transport.
